These Terms of Use govern:

  1. access to and use of the Rose Farm & Bloom website and ecommerce services; and

  2. authorized access to RFBE ERP, the private internal business application owned and operated by Rose Farm & Bloom LLC.

By using the Rose Farm & Bloom website, placing an order, or accessing RFBE ERP where authorized, you agree to the portions of these Terms applicable to that use.

1. Rose Farm & Bloom Website and Store

Rose Farm & Bloom provides an online store and informational website for its home, garden, handmade, and related products.

Website customers may browse products, add merchandise to a cart, complete purchases, receive order communications, and access other customer-facing services made available by Rose Farm & Bloom.

2. Products and Handmade Variations

Many Rose Farm & Bloom products are handmade or produced in small quantities.

Minor variations in fabric pattern placement, dimensions, stitching, construction, color, texture, and overall appearance may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.

Rose Farm & Bloom makes reasonable efforts to display colors and product details accurately. Actual appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, display settings, and material variation.

Pillow inserts are not included with pillow-cover products unless the applicable product listing expressly states otherwise.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges may be calculated and added during checkout.

Payment is processed through approved third-party payment providers. Rose Farm & Bloom does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers in RFBE ERP.

Rose Farm & Bloom may correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or listing errors. If an error materially affects an order, Rose Farm & Bloom may contact the customer, correct the transaction, or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. Orders and Product Availability

All products and quantities are subject to availability.

An order is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

Rose Farm & Bloom may limit quantities or cancel an order when:

  • inventory is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be completed;

  • an address or order appears invalid;

  • fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;

  • a pricing or listing error occurs; or

  • the order cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact Rose Farm & Bloom promptly if they wish to request cancellation.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production, cutting, processing, packing, or shipping has begun.

When a cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be returned through the original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside Rose Farm & Bloom's reasonable control.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Additional shipping terms may be stated in the Rose Farm & Bloom Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Rose Farm & Bloom Return Policy displayed on the website and at checkout.

That Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Customer Accounts and Website Security

If Rose Farm & Bloom makes customer account functionality available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

Users may not attempt to bypass website security, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rose Farm & Bloom name, logos, branding, original designs, artwork, textile designs, photography, graphics, written content, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Rose Farm & Bloom LLC and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, commercially exploited, or represented as another party's work without authorization.

10. RFBE ERP

RFBE ERP is a private internal business application owned and operated by Rose Farm & Bloom LLC.

RFBE ERP is not offered for public subscription, resale, sublicensing, or general public use.

Access is limited to users authorized by Rose Farm & Bloom.

11. Authorized RFBE ERP Use

RFBE ERP may be used only for authorized Rose Farm & Bloom business activities, including:

  • purchasing and vendor management;

  • inventory and SKU management;

  • fabric and production operations;

  • sales and fulfillment;

  • shipment tracking and receiving;

  • garden and produce operations;

  • candle and home-fragrance operations;

  • accounting integration;

  • approved product-image and design workflows;

  • business reporting; and

  • administration.

12. RFBE ERP Account Security

Authorized users are responsible for:

  • protecting login credentials;

  • preventing unauthorized application access;

  • maintaining the security of devices and networks used to access RFBE ERP; and

  • promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.

Login credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

13. QuickBooks Online Integration

RFBE ERP may connect to QuickBooks Online after authorization by the QuickBooks company administrator.

The integration may be used to:

  • retrieve company and chart-of-accounts information;

  • support account mapping;

  • create approved accounting transactions;

  • record QuickBooks transaction identifiers; and

  • support reconciliation, audit, duplicate-prevention, synchronization, and reversal workflows.

RFBE ERP does not request or store a user's QuickBooks password. QuickBooks authorization is completed through Intuit's OAuth process.

Authorized Rose Farm & Bloom users remain responsible for reviewing account mappings and approving accounting transactions before posting when approval is required by the applicable RFBE workflow.

Intuit requires applications using QuickBooks data to limit data use to the app's stated functional purpose and protect OAuth credentials and QuickBooks customer information.

14. Third-Party Services

Rose Farm & Bloom and RFBE ERP may use or connect with third-party services, including Squarespace, payment processors, shipping providers, QuickBooks Online, Intuit, Etsy, Michaels services, OpenAI, Cloudflare, and other approved business platforms.

Use of third-party services may also be governed by the applicable provider's terms and privacy policies.

Rose Farm & Bloom is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, suspension, availability, or functionality outside Rose Farm & Bloom's reasonable control.

15. RFBE ERP Ownership

RFBE ERP, including its application design, workflows, source code, database structure, documentation, branding, and related original materials, is owned by Rose Farm & Bloom LLC or used under applicable license.

No ownership rights are transferred through access to or use of RFBE ERP.

16. RFBE ERP Restrictions

Authorized users may not:

  • copy, sell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or commercially exploit RFBE ERP;

  • provide application access to unauthorized third parties;

  • bypass authentication, approval, security, audit, or duplicate-prevention controls;

  • use RFBE ERP for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;

  • introduce malicious software or interfere with application operation;

  • reverse engineer or modify RFBE ERP except as authorized by Rose Farm & Bloom; or

  • use QuickBooks or other third-party data for unrelated advertising, resale, profiling, or unauthorized purposes.

17. Business Records and User Responsibility

RFBE ERP supports business operations but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Authorized users remain responsible for:

  • reviewing business records for accuracy;

  • approving financial transactions;

  • maintaining appropriate records;

  • verifying inventory, production, shipment, sales, and accounting information; and

  • complying with applicable laws, tax obligations, marketplace rules, and accounting requirements.

18. Privacy and Data

Collection, use, protection, retention, sharing, and deletion of information associated with the Rose Farm & Bloom website, customers, RFBE ERP, and QuickBooks integration are governed by the Rose Farm & Bloom Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

19. Availability and Changes

Rose Farm & Bloom may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue website or RFBE ERP functionality when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, integration changes, technical improvements, or business-operational needs.

Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve legitimate business records and maintain appropriate backups where applicable.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Rose Farm & Bloom website and RFBE ERP are provided on an "as available" basis.

Rose Farm & Bloom does not guarantee that the website, RFBE ERP, integrations, or third-party services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every external platform, or free from all defects.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rose Farm & Bloom LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from circumstances including:

  • unauthorized access;

  • third-party service failures;

  • internet, carrier, or computer outages;

  • inaccurate information entered or approved by a user;

  • failure to maintain required customer or user records;

  • incorrect shipping information supplied by a customer; or

  • decisions made from inaccurate or incomplete records.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

22. Suspension or Termination of RFBE ERP Access

RFBE ERP access may be suspended or terminated when:

  • authorization is withdrawn;

  • security is compromised;

  • these Terms are violated;

  • the application is no longer required; or

  • continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

QuickBooks access may also be revoked through Intuit's connected-app authorization controls.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when Rose Farm & Bloom's website, ecommerce operations, RFBE ERP functionality, integrations, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations change.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
